Here are a few pics I took in Florida Wednesday July 23, 2008. The day before I left for the USA competition in Las Vegas! I was ripped, hard, full and muscular….with exceptional shape and sexiness….! Like my new ride? This is a preview of an upcoming gallery in the members section!

OK….so lets see what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas..? Lets hope so! I arrived the Thursday before the big USA Championships looking awesome from my win atthe Masters Nationals and even a little tighter, if that was possible..! Pictures from the USA can be seen at www.musculardevelopment.com

Weighing in at a full 144.5 lbs, lean, hard, muscular and vascular…and with the symmatry and conditioning necessary to win…or so I thought! Yes, I had it all. Even with getting too dry….a little dehydrated from the dessert heat, no AC in the pump up room and little ventilation…I was unable to get all my muscle seperations out..however I still looked awesome, full and ready! The top 3 placers were also on their game, however…the 4th and 5th finishers were not. Mind you, being new to the heavyweights ( I have competed in all 4 weight divisions over a 17 year competitive history, and added 40 lbs of muscle in 17 years). I will let YOU be the judge of the 7th placing I recieved.

I have been extremely busy with numerous photo and video shoots the last month…for the Wild-Kat site and for other sites and muscle promotional companies. Of course all you members will have exclusive access to the SMOKIN HOT new pics and video…as well as free webcam sessions.

I am currently on the west coast doing more work and a little upcoming and very well deserved vacation in Napa Valley (did anyone say wine..?) and will post the upcoming webcam schedule right here in the diary/blog. Stay Tuned!  Kat x

Yes, thats right…I placed 1st in Masters National Heavyweights Over 45 (143lbs at weigh in) and 2nd place Masters Nationals Heavyweights Over 35. Contest coverage can be found on musculardevelopment.com

It was a pleasant feeling to win the over 45 Masters Nationals Heavyweight Division.

I also placed 2nd in the over 35 Masters Nationals Heavyweight Division.

There was a tremendous quality of female bodybuilders on the stage…absolutely fantastic! I am headed to Las Vegas this week to compete in the USA Championships on July 26th. Please keep your fingers crossed…I have done my work preparing…now its all destiny!

Its July 8th and closer than ever to the big days!  Yes, thats two days! I will be competing on uly 19th in Pittsburgh, PA at the Masters Nationals, and atthe USA Championships in Las Vegas on July 26th! I hope to see many of you there at the shows….showing support and enjoying all the sexy female muscle that will be there! I have also been traveling as you see my schedule..but also preparing for contests in July…Masters nationals and USA, and that takes a lot of my time for extra training, food prep and sleeping!

Well, after a 4 week tour through Europe, I am back in home in the US, but I have to say that I have definitely left a piece of me in Europe.  Italy to be exact! The most romantic place on earth, Italy is just saturated with romance, ambiguity, sex, and raw adventure. Not to mention great food, wine and people! >??????, it has been 3 weeks into the European tour, and I must say that I have enjoyed meeting some very wonderful people. I had some great workouts in Geneva, Paris and Nice. There were very good gyms, friendly staff and of course muscle fans everywhere! And…there were some “lookers” as big, muscular female athletes are not common in European cities and gyms. Well, I have survived another birthday! All my friends and fans are amazed that I am 29 again!

April 3rd is that special day, and one that this ARIES loves to celebrate! Its a wonderful thing to celebrate life, and a happy fulfilling life is that much sweeter!  Thank you to the many fans who have sent me lovely birthday cards, gifts, flowers and their email birthday wishes! It is much appreciated..and it keeps me going to be wiser, stronger and sexier!

HI! Well, yes, I am now back from vacation! I had a great time with a long time friend as we sailed the seas of the Caribbean..Jamaica, Caymans and finished off with a few days in South Beach, Florida. I know I have been missing you all while I was away, but it was time for a relaxing break..and don’t dispear, I was flexing and looking awesome, toned and tanned in the islands! I have been home resting up and training hard this week! Im getting those huge, strong muscles ready for this coming week in Philly, NYC and Boston! I had to postpone the European tour a little,, but look for me to be in Europe in late April.
